When the shadows of night

Cover the mountain's side

With the night lamps that begin to glide

The sun is resting upon his tiresome quest

And lies quietly behind the west.

Crickets come out with a song

Mosquitos bite all night long

The white shiny rock becomes grey

And once in a while a wolf howls at his prey

The gentle wind blows and give a freeze

The furry cats run away and sneeze

Hiding in place in which they are kept warm

Even if outside there's a storm

When daylight yields to the mysterious shadows of night

The sunbeams begin to wax and wane

The moon rises slowly with his troops of stars

And far away one hear's the last train

All the lights gather pretty soon

They waited to see the lovley sight

And to welcome the Coming of the Moon

Who is the sign of the Coming of the Night
